Ana Carolina Harsanyi grew up in Brazil and has been sewing since the age of fifteen.  She came to the United States at the age of seventeen and graduated from Southampton High School. She then went on to business school at Pace University and graduated Summa Cum Laude.  Carolina has multiple certificates from the former Custom Home Furnishing Academy in Charlotte NC.  

Ana opened Artful Windows & Upholstery in 2006 as a wholesale, full service workroom, catering to the interior design and decorating industry.  She assists designer's in bringing their unique ideas to life with her custom products. Artful Windows & Upholstery has grown based on reputation and word of mouth without the need for advertising or marketing. They do most of their business in the Hamptons but have worked on projects in New York City, Connecticut, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Palm Beach, Mississippi and Anguilla.
